Resort Policy and Cancellation Policy

Charges will not be applicable for children aged 5 and below. Children aged 6-12 will be charged extra for stay. Buffet will be Complimentary for Children aged 5 and below, for Children aged 6-12 will be charged on a child rate.

  • Hotel reserves the right of admission.
  • Our check-in time is 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs. Any early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to availability and charged as per the hotel policy. Any early departure would be liable to pay for one room night charges.Kindly carry all adult ID proof with address
  • Room will be held on confirmed basis subject to guarantee either by the company in writing or by credit card details.
  • All non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the date of arrival.
  • Airport transfers are arranged at an additional cost, unless specified as above.
  • The hotel requires at least 15 days prior full amount refund, 7 days before 50 % refund. Any cancellation received after this will be full amount chargeble.
  • In case of advance purchase bookings, full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
  • In case of cash payment exceeding INR 50,000 a PAN Card is mandatory.
  • As per the law, smoking is prohibited in public areas including the lobby, restaurants and bars, swimming pool and Gym of the hotel. All our rooms are non-smoking Category, and guests can use the balcony for smoking. Any smoking with-in the room is completely prohibited. Penalty will be levied if guests smoke in the rooms.
  • Nylon cloth is mandatory for the pool usage.
